We are Gas Safe plumbing, heating and gas engineers based in Camden, working for businesses across all of London and for homes anywhere inside the M25.

The specialist work behind the contracts

The centre of our commercial offer isplant room and communal heating maintenance:commercial boiler servicing and repair, burners, pumps and heat network pipework. Around it sitcommercial plumbing, gas work by Gas Safe engineers andcommercial drainage, so one firm covers the building end to end.

Planned maintenance contracts

Neos Engineering has recurring maintenance agreements with commercial clients. Planned maintenance means visits booked in advance rather than call outs, with the schedule set by the equipment in each building. For plant rooms and communal boilers that means burner servicing, combustion checks and flue testing, and checks on the pumps, valves and pressurisation units. For plumbing it means planned visits across one building or several, and for drains, planned drainage maintenance for buildings and portfolios. Plant near the end of its life is flagged when we see it.

Planned work is quoted in writing aftera site survey, before anything is booked. Repairs between visits come in on the same 24 hour number.

One number, day and night

Calls are answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our base is inCamden; call with the site's postcode and you get an arrival window for that address.

How the work is charged

The hourly rate is confirmed when you book. A call out is charged by the hour, and a return visit or further work is quoted first. Larger one off jobs, such as replacing a boiler, are surveyed and quoted in writing the same way as planned maintenance.
