Reviews, answered

Are these reviews real?

Yes. Every one was left by a customer on Checkatrade or TrustATrader against a real job, and each carries the month and the platform so you can find it at the source. The Checkatrade reviews are shown in the customer’s words, and the TrustATrader ones link to TrustATrader, where they can be read in full. The rest of the 229 are on Checkatrade, TrustATrader and Google, where we cannot edit a word.

Why do some reviews show fewer than five stars?

Because that is what the customer gave. Each review’s stars are worked out from its own score. Checkatrade scores out of 10, so a review scored 9.67 out of 10 shows as 4.8 stars, not 5. We do not round a score up.

Why is the Checkatrade profile under the CJ Plumbing & Heating name?

Neos Engineering was formed when two businesses merged: CJ Plumbing & Heating London Ltd, which Charlie Robinson ran, and Southern Gas Heating Services Ltd, which Zak ran. The Checkatrade profile, a member since May 2019, is the record CJ Plumbing & Heating built. That is a separate company, number 12393301. Neos Engineering London Ltd is number 13897050.

How do I leave a review?

Through Checkatrade, TrustATrader or Google, whichever you already use. Checkatrade and TrustATrader are linked from the cards on this page.
