How the quote works
Is the starting price binding?
No. It shows where the price starts, and we confirm yours when you book. A call out is charged by the hour, and a return visit or further work is quoted first.
Why are there two prices?
One is for a visit in hours, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The other is for evenings, nights and weekends. The one that matches when you need us is marked.
Why is a bathroom priced after a survey?
A bathroom is priced after an engineer has seen it. The survey costs £110 + VAT (£132 inc VAT), and it is taken off the final bill if you go ahead with the work.
Why does plant room work not show a price?
Plant rooms and communal heating vary too much to set a price in advance. A site survey comes first and ends with a written quote.
What happens after I send the quote?
We reply with the rate for your visit and the earliest slot. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.
