Yes. Once a job is booked, the office and the engineer deal with the tenant on access and timing. You get the booking and the hourly rate, and a return visit or further work is quoted to you first.
Can you handle gas safety certificates for all my properties?
Yes. A CP12 must be renewed every 12 months for each let property with gas appliances. Send us the list and we book each renewal as it falls due.
What paperwork do I get after a job?
Gas safety checks come with the certificate for the property file. All work carries a 12 month guarantee.
