Two businesses, merged into one firm
Neos Engineering London Ltd brings together two businesses. Charlie Robinson ran CJ Plumbing & Heating London Ltd, and Zak ran Southern Gas Heating Services Ltd.
Both are now directors of Neos, and both are named on the public Companies House record for company 13897050, so you can see exactly who is accountable for the work.

Yes. Neos is a commercial firm that looks after homes too. We work for facilities management and property management companies, block managers, commercial kitchens, landlords and letting agents, and plant rooms, communal boilers and heat networks are our specialism. Planned commercial work starts with a site survey.
Do you really answer 24 hours a day?
Yes. The call out service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, nights, weekends and bank holidays included.
How fast can an engineer reach me?
We are based in Camden and work across all of London. Call with your postcode and the office gives you an arrival window for your address.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes, and you can check it on the Gas Safe Register. We are also CHAS and SafeContractor accredited and a Vaillant accredited installer, and carry £10 million of public liability insurance.
How does pricing work?
Get a price on this site, or call. The first hour covers the call out and finding the fault. The hourly rate is confirmed when you book. A call out is charged by the hour, and a return visit or further work is quoted first. Planned work priced on survey, such as plant room work or a boiler installation, gets a written quote before anything is booked. All work carries a 12 month guarantee.
