The heating is off in our office. How quickly can you come?
Call the 24 hour line. We are based in Camden, and the office gives you an arrival window for your building when you call. A Gas Safe engineer finds the fault and talks you through the repair.
Can work be done outside office hours?
Yes. Work that needs the water or gas off can be booked for evenings or weekends, so the office keeps working. Out of hours work is charged at the out of hours rate.
Do you service office boilers and plant rooms?
Yes. We service and repair commercial boilers, and maintain plant rooms and communal heating, with planned maintenance visits as well as call outs.
Does our office need a gas safety certificate?
The law makes the employer keep gas appliances safe, rather than naming a certificate. A yearly check with a CP17 record is the usual way to show it. See our commercial gas safety page.
How are call outs charged?
The hourly rate is confirmed when you book. A call out is charged by the hour, and a return visit or further work is quoted first. At a business the first hour is from £150 + VAT, first hour, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, and from £300 + VAT, first hour out of hours. Business prices are + VAT.
