Planned and reactive, one way of working

  • Planned preventative maintenance: a schedule built around the plant at each site. Servicing, checks and readings on a set rhythm, and anything approaching end of life flagged as soon as we see it.
  • Reactive repairs: leaks, breakdowns and blockages, reported by phone or email, with the same number answered out of hours.

What we cover

Plant rooms are where we specialise:plant room and communal heating maintenance on boilers, burners, pumps, valves and the pipework of heat networks, andcommercial boiler servicing and repair for the boilers at your offices, shops and other sites. Alongside that, commercial plumbing, gas work by Gas Safe engineers, andcommercial drainage, including the drains that keep blocking. Coverage isall of London; the areas page maps it.

Raising a job at any site

Your helpdesk calls or emails the office with the site, the fault and the access details. The office books the visit, confirms the hourly rate and gives an arrival window for that site's address. The number is answered around the clock, 365 days a year, for every site on the account. Materials, parking, the congestion charge and waste removal are extra where they apply.

Supplier approval for your sites

CHAS and SafeContractor, Gas Safe registration and £10 million public liability insurance: the fullapproved supplier checklist shows which are on a public register and which we send on request.

Paperwork for each site

For the gas appliances we check or service, the site's file gets the gas safety record or the service record. Where an appliance turns out to be unsafe, HSE guidance has the engineer class it At Risk or Immediately Dangerous and ask permission to turn it off or to disconnect it.
