What a power flush does
Water and a cleaning chemical are pumped through the heating system at a high flow to lift the sludge, rust and scale that settle in the radiators, the pipework and the boiler. The dirty water is flushed out, and the system is refilled with clean water and an inhibitor, which slows the build up coming back.
